overrideLightTimeout()

Sets the lighting to remain active for a defined number of seconds when speakerOn() is enabled. Otherwise, the kiosk lighting will be disabled by default at 10s. The beep/flash cycle that normally occurs after a scan event will not occur during this timeout period. To clear the timeout before it expires, pass 0.

This feature is only available for the Interactive Kiosk 10.2 Gen 7/8/9.

Parameters​

  • duration (Number, required) - Timeout duration in seconds

Returns​

Promise that resolves when timeout is set.

Example​

AilaCordovaPlugin.overrideLightTimeout(10);

// Clear timeout
